Please note all orders are subject to availability and acceptance. If for any reason the items you purchased are sold out, we will notify you by email as soon as possible and you will receive an immediate refund. Once payment has been approved your order will be packed and dispatched and you will be notified by email.


All items are checked and we ensure they are in perfect condition before sending out.

You may return any purchased faulty item for refund or exchange within 7 days from the date of when the item has been received.


There is no exchange or refund on sale items.

Please contact us immediately if you intend to exchange or return your item within 7 days of the date of delivery via email.

We will then issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number (RA Number). We will not accept any returns without a RA Number. Unfortunately we can not exchange or refund if we are notified after the 7 day period.

Items must be in original condition, must not have been worn, altered and all swing tags must remain in place.

When returning Goods: Please enclose

1) RA Number

2) Your receipt

Once we have received the item back we will endeavour to replace (or provide a refund) for you ASAP, you will be notified via email once your item has been sent.


Shipping within Australia is FREE and sent via Australia Post Satchels, this is not covered by insurance and is 3-5 days delivery. If you require your item to be insured or sent express please email us and we can make alternative arrangements.

International shipping is via registered airmail, this is approximately 5 - 15 days delivery, we charge a flat rate of $15.00 AUD.

Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following working business day.
